Astronauts Safely Return to Earth After Long Space Mission
NASA astronauts Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore have successfully landed near Tallahassee, Florida, after spending nine months aboard the International Space Station. They were joined by NASA astronaut Nick Hague and Russian cosmonaut Aleksandr Gorbunov for the return journey. The crew exited the Dragon capsule less than an hour after their safe landing. Williams and Wilmore's mission extended to 286 days due to technical difficulties with the Boeing spacecraft initially planned for their return. Originally, their mission was scheduled to last just eight days.
