Fine Gael TD Faces Fine for Alleged Fishing Violation

David Maxwell, who joined the Dáil following his election in November, has been humorously cautioned about potentially earning the nickname ‘Three-Rods Maxwell.’

Previously a county councillor in Monaghan, Maxwell now faces prosecution by Inland Fisheries Ireland (IFI), with the case scheduled for a hearing next month in Monaghan District Court.
